If you need to call outside those hours, please do so. We do want speak to YOU. The era of automated call ignorers, all too many computer crashes, faxes to nowhere, lost answering machine messages, dropped cellular calls, and voice mail messages delivered days after they were left ... has left us disappointed to say the least.
This has led us to de-technologizing our office. We dumped the cell phone and answering (message tag) machine. If we are unable to answer your call personally ... we won't. Please try again later.
BDG does some traveling throughout the year for shows and play events. Our entire staff may be out of the office for a weekend or even a week or more at a time; especially before, during, and after IML. We may get a temporary cell phone for that event in late May. An automated message (grimacing sigh) may be given on the order and support lines if we do.

Emails to our valid address can get lost, delayed or errantly blocked by spam filters. We get over 150 spams per day. It is best to call us as soon as possible after placing your order if something has changed. Many orders are already in transit by the time we get your email. Package intercept is an additional $10 to the non-refundable shipping charges.
