These fitting combinations allows an Israeli gas mask, and many other NATO thread masks, to be adapted to use a hose or rebreather bag.

Note: You may have to remove or modify valves in your mask to use it that way.

Connectors for 22mm Breathing Gear

3/4 Inch connectors work quite well with 22mm hoses, with the addition of a couple of windings of electrical tape. Use L-connector for a mask angle, the T-fitting for a breathing bag, and the straight connector for connecting two hoses together. The end cap seals off any leg of a connector (on for rebreathing, off for fresh air.)

22mm fittings (about 3/4") allows air to be inhaled and exhaled freely by the patient or a forced inhalation from a bag or whatever. Clear end to mask - gray is input - yellow is inhale bypass.
