We are pleased to inform all our customers that we have
a secure, fully encrypted, shopping cart service to process your credit
card orders on-line. The total amounts on the order form (including shipping) are only a guideline. Your actual total may vary.
This online shopping cart service DOES NOT bill your credit card. We process the charges
only when we are actually ready to ship your order.
See PACKAGING & RECEIPTS for important information on the "Bill To" field information.
Shipping charges may vary from the order form. We will contact you if shipping fees you will pay are significantly
higher.
The Comment Field is a free
form area for your special needs and requests such as alternate shipping
methods, a gift note, be sure to send receipts to billing address, quantity
discounts on some items (where noted) and other important information,
like "OK to leave package with door man or by rear door" even though the cart
service note this field says otherwise. |

You must first call or receive a confirmed e-mail back from us before returning any
item. Items returned without pre-authorization may be refused.
DVD disks are
only exchangeable, if defective, for replacement only with the same
title within 14 days of receipt. They are not returnable
for refund or credit- we replace the media only (keep your jacket and case).
Some of the items we sell are "insertable" into a body cavity and these items generally cannot be returned for any reason.
Items considered for return must include all original item packaging,
bags, boxes, instructions, etc. We cannot be responsible for postage or
insurance costs incurred in connection with returning or exchanging any
item. Items must reference a recent (usually 14 days) receipt number.
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of your
receipt. You must advise us in a timely manner that you need a replacement
and obtain our authorization prior to returning any item, as many items
are not returnable.
This is particularly important for inflatable and
rubber items. Their tubes, inflation bulbs, seams and bladders can
be damaged due to over-inflation, and material fatigue from regular use. These items will degrade over time from exposure to incompatible or destructive lubricants and cleaners, light and trace airborne gases like ozone. None of these are considered defects and we cannot be responsible for failure due to these and other reasons.
If you order a standard sized clothing item and it does
not fit, it may be returned for a size exchange within 14 days. It must
still be in "like new" condition with all packaging and instructions.
You must contact us before returning anything. Some exceptions might still
be made, solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse exchange
if the returned item has been worn, damaged, stained, soiled or smells
of cigarette smoke, perfume, etc. This particularly applies to straight
jackets used as costumes and then requested to be returned shortly
after Halloween. You can always resell it yourself on an online auction
service.
Customized items like bondage tables and other furniture, customized straight jackets or made XXL, Humane Restraint Muffs or Mitts,
and leather straps generally ARE NOT returnable. These are custom made
to order for you. Again, you can always resell it yourself on an online auction
service. Please call us if you have questions.
Some items, such as the Venus 2000 Automatic Masturbation
Machine, are also be subject to a $125 "restocking/reconditioning" fee. Items subject to these fees are clearly indicated in the item description
area of the web site. Electrical stimulation boxes are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

| Shipping Methods and Costs: |

We are pleased to announce that we now offer your choice of shipping your parcel either via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS (brown truck). When you check out, notice the opportunity to select your preferred method of shipping. If you select Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day ground and the UPS "standard ground service" will deliver the package to you on the same day as the shipping method you selected, we will reduce the level of service to standard ground service to save you substantial shipping costs for the same time in transit. We can ship international packages via UPS, however, please be advised that the UPS rates are usually significantly higher than those of the USPS and the UPS will charge a Customs Brokerage Fee which is in addition to the rate calculated for their services and is your responsibility to pay.
- We bill you only for our actual shipping costs.
- We DO NOT profit from shipping charges.
- Small, low cost and, light weight items often go FIRST
CLASS Mail Package rate to save you money on shipping fees. We pass these saving on to you!
The various carriers:
UPS is by far our
carrier of choice for domestic shipments. We feel they have the best overall
service levels. You will receive an automated email from Auto-Notify at UPS. This IS NOT SPAM! It is your tracking number and confirmation
that your package has been shipped. Do not reply to this automated email as it will go no where.
UPS charges a small additional fee for deliveries to a residential addresses. Residential is the default rate,
if the delivery address is a business (as classified by UPS), please note that in the comment field.
UPS Air Services - Please call us
to ensure we get your RUSH order. We print and fill orders late morning / early afternoons (eastern time), our pick up is between 2 - 4 pm. We do have a UPS station nearby and can still get an order out by 6.30pm IF we get a heads up call first.
Weekends / Holidays - There is an extra pick up charge of $10 per box on Saturdays.
Also note that Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays do not count as transit
days, even on Next Day Air Service. A Next Day Air package shipped on
Saturday (extra $10) arrives on Monday. Extra charges also apply for a
Saturday delivery for Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday. The US
Postal Service EXPRESS MAIL is usually more cost effective for most Saturday deliveries. Saturday delivery (extra fees) is only available on NEXT DAY AIR packages shipped on Friday.
Mailboxes Etc.® type places (The UPS Store) will often accept
your UPS packages for you, but be
sure to check with your private mail box (PMB) provider first. We'll need your PMB number as well as the street address in order to ship to these types of locations.
U. S. Postal Service: Alternate shipping choices are not yet available from our cart service. If your prefer your order to be
sent via a US Postal Service method rather than UPS, just note that in
the comment field. This is the usually the most cost effective
shipper for very light items, many Saturday deliveries and international
destinations.
Any shipment to a US Postal Service
PO Box or Military APO or FPO's must be sent by a US
Postal Service method. Yep, they
still have a monopoly there. Military Base physical addresses may be able to go UPS.
Check with your base mail office if not sure.
US Postal Service EXPRESS
MAIL Service will deliver on Saturdays but it
is NOT guaranteed "Next Day Service" to many non-major metropolitan
areas.
We will no longer use FedEx -
We have had too many problems with them.
Big items like the Lacing Table and a few others will
have to go out via UPS Freight. They have been pretty good to work
with. Delivery to a business address with loading dock is
preferred, since delivery to a residence adds an additional $100 or more lift gate fee to
the shipping cost if you do not have enough help to get the crate off the truck without a lift gate.

For our International customers, UPS is often much more expensive than US Postal Service
"Air Mail - Parcel Post" or even "GLOBAL
EXPRESS MAIL". In most cases, you are paying for delivery
to your door. See below. This can be an issue with Parcel Force in the UK and Canada.
Just use the comment field to indicate "USE
CHEAPEST METHOD TO SHIP". We will shop the rates for you and ship
via the best method . We usually use "US
Postal Service "Air Mail - Parcel Post" for
most international orders. "GLOBAL
EXPRESS MAIL" provides a tracking number and
often includes some insurance, yet only costs a few dollars more and has a faster
delivery time.
We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or seized
by customs officials. Even if we use "GLOBAL
EXPRESS MAIL" which may claim delivery in less than
a week, we have had European customers report that their packages have
taken over a month to receive due to customs delays.
More on Customs, Duty, Fees or Taxes
Some customers report getting charged additional fees
by their local postal or package delivery service. In most cases, you have already paid for delivery
to your door. This can be a real issue with Parcel Force in the UK and Canada. You may be
able to dispute some or all these added fees.
We have also been informed by our customers that UPS,
and other carriers, may also charge a Customs Brokerage Fee ($10-40) in addition to any duty or customs fees on your end. This NOT related to the shipping cost or the extra delivery fee. This can often be avoided if we use the U S Postal Service.
Other countries (including Great Britain) may also charge you Value Added Taxes. These are beyond our
control, and you are responsible to pay them. These are charges that your
government is charging you, not BDG. We have found that sometimes
they charge, other times they do not. If you refuse the charges and they
confiscate the package, we cannot be responsible for crediting
you back. We rarely receive the merchandise back or are charged return
postage fees to get it.
PLEASE keep in mind ... these are all beyond our control.
You (the customer) are required to pay these fees to your government.

Shipping is usually in plain brown boxes or preprinted
boxes from UPS or the US Postal Service. We recycle and reuse many other
boxes whenever possible to save our planet's resources and on our costs.
We use discretion. We WILL NOT reuse a box labeled "dildos"
or "straight jackets." If we are shipping to your
work address just be sure to note in the comment field "Mark package
PERSONAL".
Your receipts will be in the box we ship to you, even
if the "Bill to:" address is different. The "Bill to" is for credit card verivication only. If you would like some
other type of receipt handling; like for a surprise gift, you may want
the receipt mailed elsewhere. Just note that in the Comment Field. Some
of our international customers also request the receipt to be mailed separately.

We try to process all in-stock orders placed weekdays
by 10 a.m. (local time) the same day as received. UPS picks up daily Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders sent via a U. S. Postal Service method may take several extra days as this requires us to make a special trip to the Post Office.
If a regular item it is
not in stock, we will call or email you with the projected shipping date and "back
order" that item or the entire order to save on shipping costs. Small back ordered items are often sent with no additional shipping fees. Some orders require clarification, or seem to have mismatched items. We usually call or email you when we need more information and hold your order until we get it.
At times we are out of the office at events. Items
ordered while we are gone will be shipped soon after we return. I usually
update the order form comment if we will be gone more than a couple days.
Most of the restraint items are made to order and
are not in stock for overnight delivery. Custom made Humane Restraint
items are usually available in only a few days.
Custom BDG leather items may take several weeks, or more, to fill. If you need an item in a hurry, please call us for a delivery time frame.
Furniture items are mostly built to order. Please allow
3 - 4 weeks for these items. If you have a need for an item by a certain
date, like a birthday gift or play party weekend, please call us. We try
to accommodate rush requests whenever we can. You might just be able to
get that spanking bench by this weekend!

- Your shipping address
- The address where the statement for your credit card
is received if it's different from the shipping address. Many
people have their credit card bill mailed to a different address than
the merchandise is shipping to).
- Your credit card number, expiration date and "V
Code"
( the "V Code" is a mail order verification code )
- MC and Visa have an extra 3 digits printed on the back of your card
in the signature box after your account number.
- Do not email your entire card number, expiration date or v-code in a single email.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover/Novus.

| Credit Card Security and Billing: |

All sales receipts and credit card authorization slips
that leave our office have your account number "truncated" for
your security and protection. Only the last 4 digits
of your account number appears on the credit card receipt.
Your "Bill To" information must match your credit card statement address. Charges appear on your credit card statement as "BDG
Sales, LLC" - and should include our phone number.
We do not recommended e-mailing your entire credit card
number, expiration date, or v-code in a single email.

We will NOT share your name, phone number, address or
email address with anyone unless you have specifically requested that
we do so. Example : "I am looking for a Dental Chair. Can you refer
me to someone who sells them?"
We may also need to call you if we
are having any problems processing your order like: back ordered items,
problems with your bill to / credit card verification information, delays in shipping, or combinations of items
ordered that just don't seem to work with each other. We are very discreet when calling your daytime number.
